Spent Xmas at a hotel - two important things offered were missing: festive atmosphere and proper heating system at room. It's located by the beach, but water wasn't clear. Staff was helpful, but distant. The best aspect was the balcony view, but no seats - would've been perfect for relaxation if it had seats.

For Xmas holiday, the lack of decoration and festive atmosphere was the worst. that, the heating system didn't work properly, leaving us extremely cold during nights.

The staff went above and beyond and even organized a surprise for my partner's birthday. The level of service was truly exceptional. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
